How do I reserve a home? Join our Pre-Leasing Interest List to receive early access to pricing, floorplans, and applications. When pre-leasing opens, qualified applicants may secure a home with the required application, approvals, and fees.
What are the qualification requirements? All adults 18+ must complete an application, including standard credit, background, and rental history screening. Household income must generally meet 3x the monthly rent.
What deposits and fees are required? A refundable security deposit and an application fee are required at the time of leasing. Additional fees may apply depending on pets or upgrades.

Do homes include parking? Every home comes with a private attached garage (1-car or 2-car depending on the floorplan), plus designated guest parking.

How do I submit maintenance requests? Residents can submit requests quickly through our online portal. Emergency maintenance assistance is available after hours.
Is renters insurance required? Yes, renters insurance with minimum liability coverage is required throughout the lease term.
How are packages delivered? Carriers will deliver directly to your private entry or garage access point, depending on home layout.
Do you offer accessible homes? We include an ADA-accessible 2-bedroom home featuring zero-entry access, wider doorways, and a fully accessible floorplan. Requests for reasonable modifications are always welcomed.
